helpful staff clean facility non-working air conditioning stained shower curtain
the reception staff looked very helpful. the facility seems very clean. the room had adequate furnishings.
The air conditioning did not function well. This was a problem. the shower curtain also had noticeable stains. the bathroom felt too small for comfort.

The hotel is near a metro station. staff were nice. my room was clean and tidy. i left my luggage before check-in and after check-out. It was very convenient.
